Allergy Disclaimer
Please be advised that our pastries may or may have come in contact with milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame or soybeans. Although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contamination, there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.
VALOSH LLC is not liable for any side effects or symptoms during or after consumption of our products.
Delivery Terms
Our pastries will have a little roller coaster ride on the way to your location. Our enhanced packaging plan will protect them the most but however we can’t control the bumps. With your purchase you agree to eat the dessert, without judging for the physical appearance...We promise the taste has all you have been looking for!

Note: We're on a mission to become a plastic free shop. We will always use the most eco-friendly and sustainable option for our packaging and deliveries. Most of our packaging products will be home compostable approved so you can join us and compost at home.
Local deliveries will include a $1.20 per mile driven roundtrip from our shop to the delivery location and back.
Cancellation and No-Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final & sold as is. You must pay in full to confirm your order. All pre-orders must be placed within 5 or more days in advance. Once you place an order, you are blocking the date for others, meaning we can’t accept other possible sales, therefore no refund will be issued.
If the event is canceled and we have not begun planning and purchasing ingredients and materials on your order, you can request an emergency cancellation at least 30 days in advance. A store credit might be issued if decided on a case-by-case basis.
Under no circumstances will a refund be given for a product.
All abandoned orders will be donated to local churches and associations.
No store credit, refund or exchange will be issued if you don’t pick up your order on the designated day and time.
Care and Handling
For a better taste, fresh pastries are always the best option.
If you choose to save a little for later, keep them refrigerated in airtight containers and consume in 3-5 days.
You can keep macarons in the freezer for up to 2 months. Take them out to room temperature at least 10 minutes before consuming.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Fees
Shipping costs vary by weight and distance starting at $13 delivered in 3-5 days and up to $99, delivered in 1-2 days.
Mileage Fee for Special Events:
$45 up to 10 miles, $55 up to 20 miles, $65 up to 30 miles, $75 up to 40 miles, $85 up to 50 miles, $95 up to 60 miles.
