Join us for a hands-on Éclair workshop, where you'll learn to create classic choux pastry, delicate craquelin, and velvety pastry cream—key elements for assembling the perfect éclair.
The class will begin with a detailed demonstration by our talented pastry chef, Valeria, who will guide you through each step of the recipes. After the demo, each participant will work independently to create and bake their own recipes, ensuring a personalized experience. All ingredients will be pre-measured, and you'll have your own workstation with personal equipment to work with.
**Class Duration:** 3 hours
This is an interactive, engaging class, where you're encouraged to ask questions and actively participate. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage (BYOB) and enjoy a fun and informative pastry-making experience!
